Senior Marketing Coordinator

Seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and energetic self-starter with a background in marketing and trade shows to coordinate Premier Rides’ global presence through in person events, print and digital marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing all trade show activities. Position will also support sales by assisting with creation of proposals and sales presentations, tracking leads, coordinating needs related to client/industry meetings, seminars, client functions and charity fundraisers.

Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of amusement industry marketing experience. This position is based in St. Petersburg, Florida.


  • Detail-oriented, very organized, strong written / verbal marketing communication skills. Fluency in additional language(s), especially Spanish, a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Photoshop. Knowledge of Premiere Pro and WordPress a plus.
  • Excellent typing and grammar skills.
  • Acumen in time management.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, be willing to work with tight deadlines, and be able to adjust to frequently changing priorities.
  • Presentation and social skills to interact with vendors, management, and clients.
  • Must be flexible, capable of multi-tasking and be prepared to work long hours leading up to event deadlines if needed.
  • This position requires travel as necessary to attend events.
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team; must be a team player.


  • Understand design and maintain a high level of brand standards.
  • Creation of digital and print graphics using Photoshop.
  • Work with Senior Management to draft and distribute press releases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator to strengthen B2B social media presence.
  • Coordinate and manage tradeshow and event activities:
    o   Provide input regarding the booth location, design, and layout for trade shows.
    o   Manage relationships with show organizers and outside exhibit partners.
    o   Attend to all details of set up including electric, wi-fi, furniture, food, drinks, etc.
    o   Research and present ideas for booth layout, graphics, and promotional items.
    o   Assist in preparations for client/industry meetings, seminars, client functions and charity fundraisers.
  • Work alongside Senior Management to schedule client meetings
  • Gather, track, distribute and coordinate follow up on leads generated from trade shows.
  • Maintain client database
  • Work with Sales & Marketing Team to coordinate and to produce proposals, qualification documents, award submittals, marketing collateral and presentations.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred in one of the following: Marketing, Business, Communications or Event Management. If this education is not available, the equivalent in professional experience is needed.
